Major plugin and theme updates for December 27, 2022

On December 27, 2022, the CUNY Academic Commons will receive an update that includes several “major” updates to themes and plugins. At this time, the version number for the Dec 27 release is undetermined: if the 2.1.0 release comes before Dec 27, it will be 2.1.1; otherwise, it will be 2.0.14.

Commons 1.19.10

I’ve just released version 1.19.10 of the CUNY Academic Commons.

This is the final scheduled maintenance release in the 1.19.x series. The 2.0.x release is expected in the upcoming days.

1.19.0 is a major-update release for plugins and themes, and also includes fixes for the following:

  • Improved support for 2FA key auth
  • Fixed Expire Sticky Posts to work with the block editor
