Commons 1.6.17

I’ve just released version 1.6.17 of the CUNY Academic Commons. This maintenance release contains a fix for SSL content on mapped domains, a fix for the broken “Create a Site” button on the Blogs directory, and miscellaneous plugin and theme updates.
