Commons 1.10.5

I’ve just released version 1.10.5 of the CUNY Academic Commons. This maintenance release includes major updates for plugins and themes, as well as a number of fixes:

  • Fixed bug with the rendering of Cincopa embeds over HTTPS
  • Fixed custom Google search results display over HTTPS
  • Fixed bug that caused group membership request notification to remain uncleared for some group admins after the membership was accepted

Commons 1.9.8

I’ve just released version 1.9.8 of the CUNY Academic Commons. This maintenance release is also a major-theme-and-plugin update release. In addition to theme and plugin updates, a number of bugs were addressed in this release:

  • Replying by email to a forum post that allows for threading will now properly associate your new reply with its parent
  • The Search Results page (displaying results when using the Google Custom Search in the site header) now works properly when loaded over HTTPS
